Our certified instructor, Coach Wade, and a few other yogiis will guide you through a gentle stretch class in a cannabis friendly environment. Whether you're a seasoned stetcher or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels.

These classes are great for beginners and especially beneficial to those with injuries, pain, mobility, or health issues. These classes focus heavily on enhancing cannabis and stretching practices with specialized breath work and techniques. Through these practices, you can even learn how to help mimic the effects of cannabis when you are not consuming.
