PB&J Overnight Oats

These 8-ingredient peanut butter and jelly/jam overnight oats are the perfect way to start off your morning!


Turn your kids’ favorite lunch into an easy, on the go breakfast. PB&J Overnight Oats are perfect for the kids before a long day of school and it’s also a yummy breakfast option full of flavors that will remind you of your childhood.

These PB & J Overnight oats are made with a peanut butter overnight oatmeal base and topped with your favorite jelly giving you tons of fiber, protein, and a whole lotta goodness'.

PB&J Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cups oats

  • ½ cups plant-based milk, plus extra to serve

  • ½ cups Yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry Jam (with chia seeds)

  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter (powder)

  • 3 tablespoons chia/flax seeds

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Step 1: Preparation

  1. Evenly distribute the overnight oats into the mason jars in layers the oats, oat milk, yogurt, Strawberry Jam, peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla and salt until well combined. Don't mix until ready to eat!

  2. Cover the bowl and set in the fridge for 4-24 hours.

  3. Top with fresh strawberries and additional peanut butter to taste.

  4. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
